Our mornings start with country bread from Atelier Beyond in Sallanches, eggs, butter and artisan jam. Turkish eggs, granola and autumn pancakes offer a few other ways to start the day.

Turkish eggs style: 12 €; Toast, Greek yoghurt, paprika oil, sun-dried tomatoes, soft-boiled eggs and fresh herbs.
Granola: 7 €; Greek yoghurt, homemade granola and seasonal fruit.
Avocado toast: 15 €; Avocado cream, roasted tomato, sheep’s cheese, toasted pumpkin seeds and olive oil.
Express: 9 €; Croissant or pain au chocolat, a hot drink and a small fresh orange juice or farm apple juice.
Tartine: 10 €; Country toast, butter, jam, a hot drink and a small fresh orange juice or farm apple juice.
